	Mr. Pramod S. Shah (B.A, BCOM. L.L.B., F.C.S., and S.E.O) is a Corporate Law Adviser & Practicing Company Secretary. He is a former Company Secretary of ACC – Babcock Ltd (Acc group Company) and ABB-ABL Ltd (Swiss & Sweden based power sector Multinational Company). He is a former Chairman of the Western Region of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India & Central Council Member (New Delhi) for 9 years and founder member of Center for Corporate Governance, Research and Training of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (CCGRT).
